A year and a half ago, this company that had a relatively small float should have gone to the markets in a PP to pay for at least a portion of AMCO. Dilution would have occourred but debt would have ...more

$40M marketcap with $2B debt, need major recapitalization or selling of parts of business to survive at expense of current shareholder with major dilution or reverse split of some sorts......
