RE:RE:DF unit nav to Sept 9 = approx: $14.44
While DFN is more diversified, it has been highly overvalued as per PREMIUM above NAV, so I own no shares at this time. DFN also only has just over a dollar safety for paying to commons. FTN is

DF unit nav to Sept 07 = approx: $14.14
DF now has lost 5 cents since AUg 31 update and that values the commons @ $4.14 Trading at an 18 cent discount... but a long ways to go to 15$ threshhold.

RE:RE:RE:DF unit nav to AUG 31 = approx: $14.19
It's a simplified way of looking at it. If the market price of DF (3.97) is below its portion of NAV (4.19), then the market is assigning it a discount. A non-simplified look recognizes

RE:RE:DF unit nav to AUG 31 = approx: $14.19
Is it a discount because you take $14.19 - $10.00 = $4.19, so as stock is below at $3.97 it is a discount?

DF unit nav to AUG 31 = approx: $14.19
My spreadsheet had DF losing 61 cents since the midmonth update. Leaves the commons with a value of $4.19 before distributions to preferreds.

DF unit nav to AUg 30 = approx: $ 14.34 before dist
So after distributions to preferreds DF commons would have a value of $4.30 or so.... so trading just below their actual nav, but ARE well underwater for paying to commons.
