Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is an investment company, which invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit...

DF unit nav to MArch 3 = approx: $14.18
Spreadsheet has the gain at 20 cents since the midmonth update, and after distributionsare paid to preferreds the commons would have a value of $4.14. So back to trading at a discount to its value

DF unit nav to March 24 = approx: $13.89
So has lost about 9 cents since the midmonth udpate. Trading a slight discount , which is normal when common s are at these levels. FFN trading higher with a lower value is very rare , also

DF unit nav to MArch 23 = approx: $13.87
So DF has lost about 11 cents since the update on the 15th , and commons are trading right at their NAV before distributions are paid.

The answer about FFN and DGS is people investing based on broker info. They don't go to Brompton and quadravest or here. They can only go on whether they paid in the past.

First bid starts at $3.40
Will it go that low? Maybe not, but I am ready if it does and will buy in stages down to the high $2's. The FED imay have softened their tone, but are still determined to get inflation down to 2%&

SO my spreadsheet has DF losing about 71 cents since the feb 28th update. SO commons have a value of 3.95 before dist to preferreds. Almost trading right at NAV. DF a more diversified

Spreadsheet is now showing a loss of 45 cents since FEB update... and DF trading at a 20 cent discount. Much better buy than FFN or even DGS...neither of them are at a level that would pay to commons
