RE:DF unit nav in realtime @ $14.71
So, at the end of the day, what is wrong with DF? Why is the priced so low compared to other splits? Is it the companies it invest in that are not performing well?

DF unit nav in realtime @ $14.71
Amazing thing is that DF NAV ($4.71) is only 6 cents lower than DGS ($4.77) , which was trading at $5.92 last i looked. Must be MUCH , MUCH easier to short DF here. DF needs only to gain

DF unit nav falls to $14.73
SO down we go again, and a person should prepare for this kind of volatility going forward. Going to be tough to make the 15$ threshhold again for DF... and a few others as well . Still 6

RE:RE:DF unit nav to March 6 = approx: $14.82
I believe this is the goal of many.... catch a steady payer on sale and hold for the ages. This will explain why the premiums are quite high on DFN and DGS. Their payout frequency overall is excellent

RE:DF unit nav to March 6 = approx: $14.82
Very good. I'm average $4.25 = ~28.3% when it pays. I'm mostly interested in the capital gain to convert to a steady payer. Split funds are great ;)

DF unit nav to March 6 = approx: $14.82
Was up a bit higher earlier in the trading day, but gathered some near the low , and those were at a signifcant discount to the NAV which is around $4.82 at the close.

RE:RE:DF unit nav to March 3 = approx: $14.81
One thing for certain, if your are buying a split fund common with a value below the 15$ threshhold, your chances for capital gains with DF, are far greater than with DGS. They now have very

DF might get above the level for paying soon. The capital build will be great when it happens. So I bought more.

So my spreadsheet hsd it at $14.66 so i was 5 pennies low. Seems the managers made some changes to fund makeup in some way or another. Will find out more when the full update comes out.

DF unit NAV to FEB 28 = approx: $14.66 before dist.
So after distributions to preferreds the commons would have a value of $4.62 , and good reason for a discount in these volatile markets. I believe the trend will continue to be down for much of MArch.
