DFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.01
UNIT NAV Dropping like a stone, along with most of the other split funds out there. Financials getting hit hard, and nearly every other sector as well.

After applying the numbers released by Quadravest to my spreadsheet, today's NAV is ~$15.18, rounded up from $15.178645. Let's hope there are no other days like today...

Depression is not happening. Might be for individuals who loaded up too much on debt at under 2% and now face higher for longer rates. But, economy-wide there will be no depression.

Trump may campaign as a thrifty type, but he cuts taxes even more. During his 4 years, the US debt rose 8 trillion. Cutting taxes on borrowed money is stupid.
