cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Quadravest reports DFN unit nav @ $15.12 to FEB 15
So after todays move up , the UNIT NAV is @ approx: $15.22 before dist. some dividends will be coming in tho from the likes of SLF and MFC... SO DFN trading at a nice little premium today,

Some others still trading at a discount, and have made bigger moves .. LFE and FFN come to mind.. I have DFN UNIT NAV @ about $15.25 today, LFE at about $51.47 ... and not sure on FFN..but

nav rose enough to pay a couple of times, but others like FFN and LFE are rising faster. LFE is probably going to be paying for years.
