cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to Jann 31 = approx; $15.17
So DFN looks to have gain a total of 2 pennies since the midmonth update. After distributions to commons and preferreds the DFN common shares would have a value of $5.02. Last sale @ $5.33 leaves DFN

Market needs to give back...
the over exhuberance of early rate cuts. A 4% drop in the S&P would bring us back to the start of the year levels. Question is, does it over shoot like we just did on the upside? Only saving grace

So after distributions, the commons now have a value of about $5.11... Premium is 25 cents after dist. almost 5 %
