The Company offers two types of shares, including Preferred shares and Class A shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly...
cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

So appears DFN will make the cut and DO NOT even need to fudge the dates to pay to commons. Trading at a bit of a premium, but there are longs who love this play, and dont hesitate to pay a premium

We had a condo in Hua HIN thailand , for 7 years, and were lucky to sell just before COVID. Now the bar streets that used to be really lively are empty, as the tourists have not really returned

Chiang Mai, Thailand for me. Super safe, fantastic food and some of the best health care in the world. I pay locally for whatever I need and it's cheap. $324 cad for 3 fillings to replace old ones

Medical insurance is cheaper here than in Canada, but i am just pay as i go for now. No serious issues @ 68 years of age and i have not one prescription . I prefer the doctors here who will see

NAV January 12
~$15.07. Discount on capital shares: ~$0.26. We are over the threshold by ~0.43%. Quadravest has given us every reason to expect a dividend announcement even if the threshold is breached next week.
