Clearly Tiptree was not seriously interested in IVQ. As such, having such a big chunk of shares controlled by the CFO who knows the financial more than anyone is better thereby significantly aligning

That's also my call. Get the tax losses to offset profits and remove the investment embarrassment from the balance sheet. Meanwhile, the CFO gets a great deal. Hooefully, it will open at 5 cents
