Invesque only has a $10M Mohawk payment coming up as debt (other than renewing mortgages) until the Jan 2022 debentures. Without the dividend on the common shares, they should be able to pay that ...more

Need explanation

This stock have a 1 year FFO of around 1$ per share. That make a 33% cash flow yield. Similar compagny like SIA trade at a 10% cash flow yield. Shouldn't IVQ be trading at 10$ CA ?

The AFFO of $.17 US suggests they didn't need to suspend the dividend.  The business update says their rent collection is 94%.  They don't say why the net loss is so large.  ...more
