The Lakewood Gold Mill is located just outside Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and approximately 60 kilometers from the Beta Hunt Mine, has a processing capacity of 1.0 Mtpa.

That should have said $4.85 CN not $3.85. Australian market is open and the trading halt on RMS appears to have been lifted. I have not seen any announcements. I guess it is now wait and see.

Regardless of the $3.85 being cash or stock , it is approx. 20% below Friday's closing price so no it wouldn't make any sense as it's a takeunder not a takeover in that scenario. You give

Messed around with some numbers. If my calculations are accurate, and the number is one billion, one share of KRR should be worth close to 3.5 shares of RMS. That works out to approximately $3.85 CN

Oddly enough, as cheap as Klondex was acquired for, the lawsuit was against Hecla for paying twice what they should have.

Amishelvis, It's interesting that you mention KRR as having a better runway/future. RMS has stated that is exactly why they are after Karora. Their reserves are getting depleted.
