So the commons last trade was 4.50 so it's still running at about a .60 ct discount to nav...?

Now showing a gain of  25 cents since the JAN 31 update. Nice move by the US insurers as well today. The only downside in LFE is the 3 CAD banks they hold, and the bigger payouts in both commons ...more

LFE unit nav in realtime @ approx: $ 15.07

I have the UNIT NAV gaining 22 cents since the update JAn 31 now. Lifecos are on fire.  Knew it was only a matter of time before LFE passed the likes of DF, DFN and FFN.

LFE unit nav to Feb 6 = approx: $14.91

Showing a gain of about 6 cents since the Jan 31 update... and a big discount on this split fund common. Also quite a discount on LCS which has over 2 $ of safety above the 15$ threshhold for paying.

Mm, I'm thinking the nav must have had a good jump today with all 4 lifecos green and a couple of them up a decent amount. Let's see if Mfc can break 30.00 and hold.

Quadravest updates LFE UNIT NAV @ $14.85 after dist.

So once again my spareadsheet is high, and thinking perhaps the calculators used a different number for USD/CAD exchange.

US insurers in LFE really getting kicked

I see Aflac down over 8%... and the other 3 down between 2 and 4 %

LFE unit NAV to Jan 31 = approx: $14.95

Looks to have gained about 43 cents since the midmonth udpate. Bigger gains in terms of $$ than any of the other quadravest splits since JAN 15th.

Now showing a gain of 46 cents with the big  CAD 4 lifecos doing most of the heavy lifting. With some good results from the lifecos in FEBRuary here, it may just push them up to paying commons ...more
