LFE UNIT NAV to Jan 25 = approx $14.87
Spreadsheet now showing a gain of 25 cents since the update JAN 15 . Can it keep moving north and get to 15$ by Feb 15th?

Quadravest reports LF UNIT NAV @ $14.73
Yes if and when LFE gets to a midmonth udpate with a UNIT NAV of 15$ or higher, they will pay out the distributions about a month after that is determined. We take the distribution amounts

Thks for correcting me mm. So we have at shot at making 15.00...but then from what I see they will deduct .15 from the nav after they pay?

No Quadravest does not take off the distributions to preferred and commons before making the determination to pay commons at 15$ unit NAV . That is a Brompton thing.

Is this the worst managed split fund out there? Mfc is well above a 15 year high on its sp and it's still .30 cts away from paying.

Quadravest update LFE UNIT NAV @ $14.64 to DEC 15
So was about 8 cents lower than my spreadsheet, so not sure what is going on with the calculations. DFN and FTN were both way out...as well
