Insiders have to report their trades, so dumping to keep the SP low really isn't an option for them. I would guess that Lightstream does have an offer on the table. TOL are looking for a better ...more

I recall that insiders can't trade a stock within a certain time period if there is a deal on the table.Maybe someone such as PBN(Lightstream) has a deal on the table and can't keep dumping ...more

It looks like the sellers have sold their options or whatever it was. I certainly hope so. The SP got too low.

Ragety, I agree the stock is undervalued now. I'd like to see 4.25 but imagine 4.00 tops. Most likely a 30% premium. This company has derisked oil and nat gas. Oil is lower end bbl/d. I'd see ...more

This issue is very undervalued. If split up it would fetch a nice sum to shareholders. PBN(with a name change coming in a few days) could take over the Lockend. Kaybob would be easily sold to a wide ...more

our SP is being played with since there are interested parties and any takeover  offer will be a certain % premium, i.e. 30-40% from a 30 day average price just to make the numbers sound great ...more
