Wishful thinking shambano. Lightstream just doesn't have the resources to buyout TOL without taking on more debt or diluting themselves excessively because of their low SP. I feel for you ...more

Anderson exploration even got a better deal than TOL

they sold 1000 boe/d for 82,000,000 or 82,000 per flowing barrel and they were trading at 0.13, so they weren't in a position of strength to negoitate a favourbale deal. I don't have the ...more

25 to 40% less than real value means the price would have been 3.80 to 4.75. Better to keep it as a going concern, except that we cannot trust this management
