Wishful thinking shambano. Lightstream just doesn't have the resources to buyout TOL without taking on more debt or diluting themselves excessively because of their low SP. I feel for you

Anderson exploration even got a better deal than TOL
they sold 1000 boe/d for 82,000,000 or 82,000 per flowing barrel and they were trading at 0.13, so they weren't in a position of strength to negoitate a favourbale deal. I don't have the

based on q2 numbers, average produciton of 4147, exit debt of 56.4 million, and a conservative value of 10 million for undeveloped land, they sold TOL for approximately 60,000 per flowing barrel
