If I am not mistaken CIAO, I think you may be a little ''behind the curve"" ..  Charlie Bruce left the board for Natinal Express , and returned  BACK to the board

From the Information Circular for the upcoming AGM, Charlie Bruce is up for nomination as a board director. He did retire about a year ago from National Express. Whether his return to the board

it does look like someone on the US side bought 186k at 11:33am and drove the sp up to $0.487US or $68C no trades since then though so hard to say if it means anything.
