Another 2.5 million heading to KGF

KGF holds 3.5 million shares of AHP at 16 cents. AHP sold their sole property for 102 million. There are 106 million shares os. Net debt and taxes, I am going to guess around 70 cents per share.

There are lots of units for sale on the mls.  Prices I believe are well above pre sale values. If the jv holds any remaining units, they are well onside.  Money should be in KGF's hands ...more

Prime on Plaza

There is a unit for sale on the MLS that is not an assignment contract. I believe this indicates that the building has been completed and proceeds from the partnership will flow shortly into KGF.
