RE:Rsh... disagree on your dividend reasoning on a few fronts.Hege- thanks for your thoughtful reply.  Sometimes a reverse split does not work, but I think in this case it would work well because the company is doing well.  When a reverse split is done because share price has been falling and a security is about to be delisted, it certainly is suspect and just prolongs the agony before continuing to fall. That is not the case here.

My main bone of contention is that the company is off limits to much of the investment community (at least in the US) that have rules against buying stockes below a certain price.  This restricts the number of buyers greatly and I think this is contributing factor to why the company remains so undervalued. Instituting a dividend will not bring in buyers who are precluded from buying penny stock.

The company is doing so well with drilling I think this is the best place to invest in with company funds.  I would be surprised if mgt institutes a dividend any time soon, but we will see.  Speaking my book...my shares are in retirement account so if there is dividend I will not get benefit of foreign tax credit, just lost money to me.

With the mgt team and drilling success we have had, increasing cash flow...PTA remains attractive.  Hopefully we will get some great drill results from LC2 and leave the twenty cent range behind for good.  Have a good weekend all.
