Spoke with both companies today
and everything is as planned started a position today with full expectations of a prosperous outcome If you look back at FCC's previous acquisition it worked well also

That is not what I said or inteneded to imply Dave I said it was trading at the equivalent of FCC being at .70, not that is being priced at that The target on FCC is $1.30

Why are USCO shareholders selling, am I missing something? Why not just wait until May and collect 1.5 shares of FCC and make 40% on your money
