I wonder if the accredited investors who bought the $110 million Private Placement realize that their new Chairman of the BOD of Canexus actually owns no shares of the company? Kherson

According to Form 45-106F1, Murray was not part of the Private Placement. I sure hope that the 30 accredited investors who bought up this P.P. fully realize the dangers of these unsecured notes!

I actually refer to Canexus entering CCAA protection, not bankruptcy. Obviously you don't understand the difference between the two! Kherson
