The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...

The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. DF unit nav to Sept 26 = approx: $16.38
Showing a gain of over 22 cents since the midmonth update. I added quite a few more today, as the NAV jumped a lot more than the common share price. Nice 20% + distribution here.

Yes, when interest rates were higer they were trading at premium. Now interest rate are lower they are trading at big discount. GIC pays 3% now.

Showing a gain of 15 cents now as we near the monthend and ex divvy date on friday. Last trade @ $5.91 leaves the discount at 40 cents before distributions are factored in, and about 25 cents after

DF NAV is 6 cents more than DFN, DF traded at 5.89 vs DFN 5.93. Just a observation.
