So commons shares have a value of $10.03 here , and with the last trade @ $10.94 the premium is 91 cents, or around 9%.

Showing a loss of 66 cents since the july 31 update. BK commons are valued at about $9.89 here. Last sale at $10.86 means the premium in 97 cents or very close to 10%.
