Is FCR

Getting expensive relative to FFO/AFFO multpiples to Riocan.  Seems like they are getting close in spot price with a 0.6% dividend difference as well. Pretty comparable asset class and reit

FCR looks like it may overtake RIOCAN SP

$16.32 versus $18.00.  Usually had a $6 gap.  I guess the management team and direction coming into light here

Any thoughts

As to why riocan is lagging gains against comparables  Smart centre's, fcr and pmz.  They seem to be close to or above summer highs but riocan lags by 12%

So long as it's above NAV and they  have better use of proceeds it's no big deal... maybe they want to turn on the ncib rather than realize full potential years out
