FYI when you take into account the DRIP, they are not paying attention out more then they take in.  Plus all of that is rear view mirror stuff, they expect interest savings alone will add $0.05 ...more

If it means anything to you my friend.. Have been out of this guy for quite a while.. Sold @ 9.24.Back in today @ 7.80 for 3000 shares. Seems to be good value here. Divys look safe. Luck all..

Picked up some at $7.85 (limit order before heading out) and noticed it had gone down to 7.78 or so . . . oh well. Will take the 10.2% yield and wait.  Fundamentals are still the same.  ...more

Yeah I agree, occupancy rate is under 90% too. They should focus on bringing up marginal occupancy rather than do what ever they are doing. Must be getting treated well every time they do a ...more
