Why are Nov and Dec terrible for REIT? If I look at the historical charts from Dream Global I do not see  that the dips are the deepest in Nov and Dec. probably the weakness is caused by the low ...more

downward trend

downward price trend still intact starting June 30th.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out moving into year end.  Looking more certain for a US interest rate hike in December.& ...more

November and December are historically horrible months for REITs and this stock in particular.  With all of the market headwinds added on top of this - could we be heading to the 52 week market ...more
