Sounds like Dec 10th is targetted closing date (see link below).  I had also e-mailed them to see if there was any special distribution or anything on closing and they said "No". Just ...more

My understanding is they just stopped the dividend payments so I don't think any extra payment beyond the $16,79 price,

RE:BUYOUT!!

Bought 3,300 shares at C$7.46 several years ago. This Blackstone buyout nets me a profit of over $30,000. I also own BX which I'm up 50% on. Wish they all performed like this. I will miss you, DRG
