the short trade is on REITS hard

This is so obvious.  AM gains then just sinks, everyday.   We had a small post-CPI bounce but overall direction is still likely down

Deploying fresh capital into HR GRT CSH and AX AX is no longer a show me story with over half a billion in dispositions at IFRS.   All good.
