THESE REITS cant find a footing.  Every piece of data for the past 4 months has caused bond yields to spike. 10 year has run up almost 100pts since the bottom 3.80ish in dec

Maybe todays not a bloodbath

That looked premarket, but either way you cut it, REITS erased the Fri-Tuesday rally.  So effectively we have gained no ground POST-CPI bloodbath off the bottom

The market already sold off big on CPI, why would it feed into a good/decent PCE number? if so, powell and the market are getting their signals crossed on the proper "gauge".  I think ...more

Thats why its not working. Gas goes up regardless, spills into other goods, same with carbon tax.   There is a bit of difference moving from stimulative (2%) to restrictive (4%), but beyond ...more

Nice to see reits recovering fairly nicely off early morning lows especially after having had their first three consecutive day rise in a long time. Day is still young, will see how we progress. Good ...more
