Doesn't really matter to be honest.  Reits are at gfc or covid lows and even getting back to 8.50 is decent if you can recycle capital to better assets and reits

  Gasoline prices have averaged $3.629/gallon in April compared to $3.426/gallon in March. That is not going to help the CPI situation for April as gasoline prices are still rising m/m.   ...more
