FUTURES SURGE ON WEAKER THAN EXPECTED JOBS DATA

DOW UP 500 PTS.  But it means nothing until the wall street playas show up at 10am.  Any gains, particularly with REITS, can DIVE hard by end of the day.

Its crazy how about 8m shares cancelled in past 14 months is not offsetting the NAV or AFFO declines.   Maybe he does need to go BIG ON A SIB.  15m shares at 7.50.

Good thing he's not sweeping it under the rug.  End of 2024 I expect the gap closed. Hopefully Powell is fired by then too

550m cad rolling in next few months

Probably around 300m net.  Brings leverage to 45%. What happens next is the big question.  A 7 buck sib still doesn't change much
