Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to Dec 14 = approx: $15.18
holdings backed off a bit end of the day, and spreadheet now showing a gain of about 53 cents since NOV 30. That number pales in comparison to FTN, FFN and a few others which had a gain of well

DFN might jump by 20-30 cents tomorrow erasing all discount
If no bad news come in next 24 hours DFN may jump another 20-30 cents tomorrow and all the discount may vanish. This will seal the deal for dividend payment. My yesterdays prediction came true of 30

DFN has the right stuff this week. DGS not so much, but DGS has to overcome paying 2 layers of fees because of BDIV. Designed to make Brompton rich, not you.

So DFN doing a lot better than DGS today... looks like a lock to get distributions for December. Trading at a much lower discount today, now only about 15 cents or so.

Given the move in banks and energy names, I think NaV is jumping about 30-40 cents today. DFN up 5% today but hasn't even caught up with today's move, let alone the existing discount. More

My 3.11 buy is a homerun
Never expected to have a 50% + return in such a short period of time but here we are. Bought them to collect a div, and I'm sticking to that plan. Not selling a share. GLTA
