Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to DEC 08 = approx: $14.90
My spreadsheet , just updated a ferw days ago, shows a gain of about 25 cents since the update on NOV 30. Last trade @ 4.62 means a discount of 28 cents or about 5.7 %.

NAV est $14.88 but some guess work
My NAV estimation at $14.88 but since they drop cache from 18% to 14% i just distrubited equal 4% across all assets, i am pretty sure this is not what they done so would have to wait i guess for

We are very close I think. We were about 1% yesterday, and should be 0.5% right now. Only about 6-7 cents left for the NAV to climb and dividends start again. MM, possible to throw light on live NAV

Quadravest has quarterly weightings. And the last one still shows decent size of SU. But I keep hearing from other members here that their holdings in SU is much lower now. So they must be disclosing
