Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to NOV 29 = apprx: $14.50 after dist.
So spreadsheet now showing only a loss of 2 pennies since the midmonth update. Now discounted even more than yesterday. Commons have a value of about $4.50

DFN unit NAV to NOV 28 =$14.46 before dist
My spreadsheet has the UNIT NAV losing about 10 cents since the update midmonth. CAD banks pulling back hard, led by BNS down over 4% today. Discount getting quite big on DFN here. ( 42 cents ) with

Please keep in mind the unit NAV will drop by $0.045 tomorrow morning as the preferred shares will be trading ex-dividend.

The first trade I made $0.63. 20% gain in a few days. This was a 2% gain in 2 days. A win is a win. I'm in this to make money, no matter how big or small the gain may be.
