LFE unit NAV falls to $14.33

A loss of 34 cents since the mid april update and now LFE commons trading just above their actual value. Maybe a buy under 4$ if this correction is shortlived.

Quadravest update NAVs LFE @ $14.67 to April 14

SO we were a bit high on our estimates, and LFE is  well below the threshhold for paying to commons. My spreadsheet has LFE now gaining back about 3 pennies since April 14, and so commons would ...more

Added some more today at $4.60.  I think its a good bet.  Sometimes they wait a day or two if a rally is in play.  Overall, its a great long term basket, currently trading at a discount ...more

NAV creeping up

NAV is close to $14.87 now. Can it continue up another 13 cents? It is certainly possible! But is it probable, that is the question.

LFE unit NAV to April 11 = Approx: $14.78

So LFE has lost about .02 since the update to MArch 31 update , so that puts the NAV for commons at $4.78. Very volatile markets , and looked fairly green for financials early on, but fear in the ...more

As I watch the 4 main lifecos, they can't rise together. When one rises, another falls and cancels it out. I think lfe won't pay.
