LFE unit nav @ $15.56 to FEb 7

SO spreadsheet updated  today shows a 20 cent gain since the JAN 31 update. We are looking forward to 3 of the bog 4 CAD lifecos reporting results on wednesday. IF good they could trend higher ...more

The 4 giant Canadian insurers up today, once again.   Good Volume.  If the market does not tank,  we get annual 22.6% distribution yeild.  Plus the comfort of holding at a discount ...more

NAV continues the trend higher

NAV is up approximately .63% from Friday's close and up 2% from the QV 01/31 update.

Since the interst rates are going up Life insurance companies will do well like Banks.  Yes please keep posting NAV that will help the longs.  Over 23% yield is impressive as long as the NAV ...more

So LFE now has gained 16 cents in the 4 sessions since the Jan 31 update So commons now have a value of $5.52... and have a good chance of paying again here for the month of FEB . The NAV on the 15th ...more

Yes $15.51 was BEFORE distributions which have now been deducted from the UNIT NAV, so commons had a value of $5.36 as posted on the Quadravest site. Yesterday LFE finished with a UNIT NAV of about ...more

Today they posted NAV 15.51 as of jan 31st + might have added another 10cents? last couple of days. This holds we will get dividend at rate of 23%.  Stock last trade is $5.18 at a discount.
