Why this merger will go through!

Personally know one of the lawyers involved in hammering out this agreement.  While he is bound by an NDA, he did provide a fascinating insight when I asked him what he thought of the merger ...more

Im holding roughly 39000 shares and that's a no for me too bqck to my que at ion but does this deal actually need 66 2/3% vii voting yes?

So 66 2/3 % on the seven hens side need to vote yes  based on the circular....I feel now we have a shot to see these companies stay separate I wonder why so high of a percentage need to vote yes ...more
