VII generations on it own could produce significant free cash flow, however even saddled down with ARC resources the combined enitity could produce significant free cash flow.  I seems like ...more

today on Bnn, likes the merger with Vii expects foreign investment with the combined companys as it gets re rated to investment grade.

This was always billed as a merger with synergies. VII shareholders get Nat gas assets a dividend, and experienced management and ARX shareholders get that sweet, sweet condi and 2 billion in debt ...more

We weren't necessarily on fire before the deal was announced either. I suppose if almost every individual investor votes no then it will get nixed. But at least 75% would need to vote no. That' ...more

Its been said here but worth mentioning again. VII shareholders need to vote 33% or more "no" in order for it to be nixed. GIven VII is owned 57% by instuututiions that means "they" ...more
