UR correct Regardless, you will have roughly 55,500 shares of arc.  I would argue that the ratio should have been higher (likely in the 1.3 range) given where oil is selling these days.  MHP ...more

Myhoneypot... so my question here is ... when the deal closes and you have 50000 shares of vii do ypu then have 55500 shares of arc ? 1.108 .... basically a 10.1% premium... how does this all wprk

ARC Investors Relation

I just spoke with the Arc Investor relations person, and she told me that when combined they will save and additional 50 million dollars a year in interest saving, on top of the savings already ...more

If you built your own ETF comprised of POU PIPE KEL BIR AAV and NVA you get similar boepd, similar debt but a $4B market cap. So I wouldn't say ARC-VII is particularly compelling. YMMV.

I am guessing that in Q1 ARC + VII generations will have at least 350 million in FCF. That is an agressive number but the prices have been good. That a big debt reduction number.  That is ...more

Arc will add Management Value

Excess Transportation, VII generation has had excess transportation and excess plant capacity for years, my guess is ARC will figure out how to turn that excess to something that contributes to the ...more
