You can merge with a company with a 8.50 share price and in the first year of the merger, nothing changes except you hedge out all their produciton for a year. You receive 3 dollars a share in return ...more

Clearly you can hedge out for 12 months at significantly higher prices then the presentation provided to investory by ARC/VII generation management. Should the companies and management not be required ...more

Probably.  The sad part: Investors who followed LKS (HSE/CVE merger) will do much better than those who followed CPPIB (VII/ARC).

VII generation by itself going forward will have more FCF than TOU and it is trading at a 1/3 of the prices.  This is a 24 dollar stock that is being marginalized by the Canada Pension Plan ...more

This is roughly the revenue equalivent of 1 boe or condensate when compared to 5  boe of gas at close to 3 dollars a boe.  So last quater VII generations produced 66,000 boe of condensate ...more
