TF Timbercreek Financial sounds like a much better buy/hold Stronger financials and dividend is a 9.6%. And they recently paid a special dividend on top of it.

Looks like Drimmer is intent on buying 3500 shares a day. Add to it the 4200 daily share buyback by the company and one can see the share float getting tighter and tighter.

What is the NAV per share? i.e. if TNT liquidates all buildings and pays off all debts. As NCIB goes on... the number of shares outstanding is slowly being reduced. Now it stands at 14

DND move has nothing to do with fear. They are consolidating 42 Ottawa office locations in to about 7.
