CRE space needs to become more liquid, then any REIT can just sell off assets at a stronger price and run buybacks

Because no one can time a market, to be a contrarian investor you need to withstand a lot of pain, sometimes years. I held Bombardier for over 4 years before it started paying off. It wasn't easy

ONE THING IS CRYSTAL CLEAR.
No matter what your strategy is as a REIT, paying down huge debt via asset sales, running buybacks, improving AFFO and occupancy with nice leasing spreads- these TRDS are destined to remain depressed

US markets indices all at record levels
Why? Because inflation had the coolest reading in half a year. The last mile down to 2% is taking longer than expected but the direction is down. Soon, rates will follow. No hyperinflation in sight
