CRE space needs to become more liquid, then any REIT can just sell off assets at a stronger price and run  buybacks

No matter what your strategy is as a REIT, paying down huge debt via asset sales, running buybacks, improving AFFO and occupancy with nice leasing spreads- these TRDS are destined to remain depressed ...more
