Sounds like they're done to appease investors but I would only like to see them done if reits are hot with low interest expense and ffo is growing huge.  Rather those extra dollars go towards ...more

Is FCR

Getting expensive relative to FFO/AFFO multpiples to Riocan.  Seems like they are getting close in spot price with a 0.6% dividend difference as well. Pretty comparable asset class and reit

FCR looks like it may overtake RIOCAN SP

$16.32 versus $18.00.  Usually had a $6 gap.  I guess the management team and direction coming into light here

Any thoughts

As to why riocan is lagging gains against comparables  Smart centre's, fcr and pmz.  They seem to be close to or above summer highs but riocan lags by 12%
