SOT is trading at a much lower valuation but it has suspended interest payments on its debentures and in default with its lenders. So it is a far riskier play.

If you've got some TFSA room, let some roll. Rates falling long term are good for these beaten up real estate instruments. Your gains are forever untouchable by the gov.

what I meant was that it is much better REIT than Junky INO.UN. I said that to illustrate how the market is rigged after INO quickly crashed after the news release and went back up right away
