I don't know from where they picked this BoD and senior mgmt. but maybe it's just another fine example of the "Peter Principle" at work. What's more disturbing for shareholders ...more

Payout

On the other hand, some management/shareholders are likely to be in favour of the proposal. I hear that the payout to the executive management is in excess of $7 million U.S. IMHO voters beware.

Basic earnings listed as $3.83 per share, and that means the P/E ratio is like... 3? Why were the 2013 earnings so sky high?
