LCS unit nav to Aug 23 =approx: $15.29 before dist.

 Spreadsheet now showing a loss of 32 cents since the update on the 17th  of AUG. That values the commons at about $5.22 after distributions are taken away. So trading right at its NAV. I ...more

TSX only showing about half the volume today

UNIT NAV in realtime LCS @$15.30

So has now bounced up considerably today after 2 hours of trading. And if anything seems to be stronger moves up as it gets later in the day.

ex divvy date tomorrow for IAG

So i see IAG having a nice bounce day, and tomorrow the share price will have 77 cents added to it. Looking good for another distribution. Make it 8 in a row....

UNIT NAV in realtime @ $15.23

So after the first 30 minutes of trading the 4 lifecos are showing signs of recovery... will wait to see if it lasts the entire day..

Looking like a bounce up day on the TSX

For some reason the powers that be have decided its time to excite the markets with a bounce day. ALL 4 lifecos in LCS are up early on , and longs can hope this lasts the entire day, and remains at ...more

So has lost 51 cents  since  the Update on thursday... So after distributions to commons the valuye of the commons is $5.02 or so... would still get paid, but there is 2 more days to go ...more

MM says 5.28 so it's likely to pay. Selling price will likely spike up here.  Lifecos are in the sweetspot here as the only sector enjoying interest rates rising.
