LCS unit nav in realtime + approx: $15.15...

SHowing a loss of 60 cents if they are still hiolding the same amounts of stock and cash. I would imagine Brompton managers have seen the light and have gone to a bigger cash component. WIll see what ...more

Appears fear in the market is at similar  highs going back to the first 6 months of the pandemic. Throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Sooner or later LCS will be a buy...

lifecos will bounce back

Higher yields are good... for lifecos, not so good for banks who are stuck with worthless bonds in the portfolio.  Paper losses , but eventually they have to be factored in.

Not sure on what LCS has for cash at this time, or the weightings.. but the UNIT NAV showed higher than  my spreadsheet if distributions to commons were paid. Will be better informed on friday ...more

UNIT NAV to OCT 2 in realtime @ about $15.52 before dist.

So has lost about 22 cents off the UNIT NAV since thursday. when it was stated by Brompton to be $15.75. I  think the commons distributions still needs to come off but wont know til the update ...more

I believe the LCS commons have a value of about $5.62 here , before accounting for preferreds.

Brompton reports LCS UNIT NAV @ $15.75

So spreadsheet was dead on as far as that goes. COMMONS have a value of $5.65 according to Brompton which would account for the prorated preferreds.

So tomorrows update should show about that number. I do not think they take off the dist. on ex divvy date.. but not sure anymore.

Bouncing back today, and UNIT NAV back to about $15.70

After distributions the NAV of the commons would be about 5.63 so trading right near its NAV. NO premium like the rest of the paying splits are getting.
