What a day, apparently the lifecos got sold off with the rest of the markets. Not too surprising. They have had the best gains since 2023 started , as far as the financial sector is concerned. People ...more

An equally weighted portfolio of the four lifecos held in LCS is down 1.9% at noon. LCS is down 2%.

So n ow has lost about 9 cents since Thursdays update numbers . Trading at a premium here.. and this month was  the big distribution of both commons and preferreds..which add up to 23 cents which ...more

ALL 4 CAD lifecos down today but commons holding

So the discount has disappeared as it appears more split fund commons are going to miss paying , and those that are get  some buying.

So now showing a loss of a cent since last weeks update. GWO giving some back after a decent Q report. Trading at about NAV in reality, with this month having to pay to preferreds...  Should ...more
