Zargon is the weakest junior because of the $42 million in Debentures ..Convert debs and you have a rarity in oil patch ,almost debt free with some drilling going on and a recovery in price of oil ...more

Maybe they have the numbers to do the debt for equity. Still yet to hear a rational argument for accepting this.  Really dont want equity in one of the weakest juniors
