Lets clear up a couple of things.  WCS is a heavy grade of crude, priced at Hardisty Alberta.  Zargon is not a heavy oil producer, so WCS has exactly nothing to do with the price Zargon ...more

In return for giving up their preferential status, debenture holders are asked to give the share holders a gift of around $4M. Does not make sense to me.

Debenture conversion

Look at it as a restructuring. Share holders of course wish to get 2.5 times the value of their shares. However, it is debentureholders that will be voting on giving this gift to shareholders..
