I wasn't making a point, I was reporting a fact. The dollar amount 002 has been buying is significant - I would say at least 50% of the purchases since then so it amounts to at least 5% of the ...more

I'm a bit confused. What is the point you are making? Someone using RBC is consistently purchasing debentures... what does that tell us though?
